for Maryam Komejan
CEO and Managing Director
Maryam Komejan has 25 years of international executive management experience. During
this time, her company was named as one of the Top 10 Companies to Work for in America and she was named as one
of the Most
Influential Women of West Michigan. Ms. Komejan has extensive multinational and multicultural
experience at the executive level and is bi-lingual in English and German.
Ms.
Komejan's most recent position was as Senior Vice President of Donnelly Corporation,
an international automotive systems supplier. In this role, she was responsible for
a wide variety of disciplines including Human Resources, Information Technology,
Communications, Investor Relations, Public Relations, Risk Management, Safety, Environmental,
Legal, and Corporate Governance. Her responsibilities included an organization spanning
25 facilities in 8 countries, including the United States, Germany, Ireland, France,
Spain, China, Japan, and Brazil. She has also served as interim COO for European
operations as needed during integration activities. Prior to her work in the automotive
industry, she worked in both the insurance industries and in a private liberal arts
college.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in
Management.
